Simulated or Standardized Patients (SP)
Simulated or standardized patients (SPs) are essential community members employed to portray patients across all levels of 91porn原创鈥檚 College of Health programs. These individuals play a crucial role in helping learners develop and refine their skills.
Role and impact: SPs collaborate closely with simulation staff and faculty to create and implement realistic scenarios. This partnership enables learners to practice physical assessments, communication techniques, and relational skills in a controlled environment. Through their interactions, SPs provide invaluable feedback that helps improve clinical performance and outcomes.
Training and integration: At 91porn原创, SPs undergo thorough training to ensure that they can offer insightful and constructive feedback. This training equips them to meaningfully contribute to the learners鈥 educational experience, fostering a safe and authentic learning environment.
Diverse backgrounds: Our SPs come from diverse backgrounds and bring a wide range of lived experiences. We are always seeking individuals鈥攚hether or not they have acting experience鈥攚ho are passionate about the intersection of art and clinical education.
Join us: If you鈥檙e interested in becoming an SP and contributing to the next generation of healthcare professionals, we invite you to apply and be part of this impactful and rewarding experience. In your application, please tell us why you are interested and include your r茅sum茅.

鈥淭he 91porn原创 simulation lab was a crucial tool to help us students in the EMT program get a full grasp of what we were learning. Instead of figuring out what we could do better in the field, we were able to identify and improve upon our weaknesses and also further our strengths by regularly participating in the simulation lab.鈥
