Designed for K–12 teachers pursuing school leadership roles, MPACT equips you with adaptive, creative, and equitable strategies to build collaborative school cultures in diverse settings, including urban, suburban, and rural schools.

Curriculum Overview
The MPACT program leads to a Master of Education (MEd) degree coupled with a Pennsylvania Principal Certification (pending successful completion of the PA PRAXIS exam for the school principalship). The 13-month journey begins in July with a four-week summer residency, immersing you in intensive learning and collaboration. Over the course of the program, you’ll complete 10 courses (30 credits), with fieldwork seamlessly integrated into your coursework.
