Americans With Disabilities Act Grievance Process
Services provided by the Office of Disability & Accommodations are available through links provided on the Academic Resources section of the Student Handbook. A student who disagrees with an action or decision of a disability support provider, faculty member, or University administrator, may file a grievance with the University's Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) coordinator for students. The grievance must be submitted in writing . Within thirty (30) days of receipt of the complaint, the ADA Coordinator or designee will review the information, meet with the student, interview witnesses as appropriate, and issue a written decision.
